Absolutely! However, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to repair your bike on the spot. If you do arrive without a booking, you may be asked to book in and we’ll repair your bike once the other bookings for that day have been completed.
If you have a puncture we can generally sort it for you without needing an appointment. Occasionally, if we’re very busy we may have to hold onto your bike, but we always prefer to fix them on the spot. Alternatively, feel free to book a repair slot to guarantee a time and space.
Yes! We have several loan Bromptons at each of our workshops. If you know you really need one, please give us a call ahead of your store drop-off or home collection day on 0204 538 0120 - if one’s available we’d be happy to reserve it for you.
