We are trained and certified with many top brands, with a 6 month guarantee on parts & labour, you can ride away with complete peace of mind.
For bike repairs under £30 such as punctures or fitting new handlebar tape, we offer same day turnaround. For more complex bike repairs, we aim for a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Delays can occur where specific parts are needed that we do not hold in stock.
Some of our local workshops are fully equipped to repair and service e-bikes. Any e-bikes we repair or service must be from recognised brands that follow manufacturing regulations. Contact your local fettle workshop to check.
Absolutely! However, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to repair your bike on the spot. If you do arrive without a booking, you may be asked to book in and we’ll repair your bike once the other bookings for that day have been completed.
If you have a puncture we can generally sort it for you without needing an appointment. Occasionally, if we’re very busy we may have to hold onto your bike, but we always prefer to fix them on the spot. Alternatively, feel free to book a repair slot to guarantee a time and space.
Yes! We have several loan Bromptons at each of our workshops. If you know you really need one, please give us a call ahead of your store drop-off or home collection day on 0203 488 1130 - if one’s available we’d be happy to reserve it for you.
Bikes can be confusing creatures which is why we’re here to help. If you don’t know what’s wrong, select ‘I don’t know what I need’ from the bike repair booking menu. That will give you a slot to bring the bike to us, and we can figure out what the problem is.
As a general guide, bikes should be serviced every 6 months. However, they’ll need more TLC if you’re riding each day, or ride in heavy rain. If you commute to and from work, a proper service every 6 months, with a minor check up at the change of each season should be just fine.
