Commonly asked questions

Is the Free Bike Assessment really free?

Yes! It is completely free. There’s no charge to assess your bike, and no obligation to go ahead with any repairs.

Do you fix the bike during the assessment?

No repairs are done during the assessment itself. Once you approve the quote, we’ll book the service in and get started.

How long does the assessment take?

The assessment itself is quick, usually around 15 minutes. If you’re in a rush, you can drop your bike off and we’ll update you later by call or email.

Is this available for all bike types, including e-bikes?

Yes — we offer free assessments for all types of bikes. Just note that we don’t work on e-bikes modified to go above UK legal speed limits.
