Home Gravel Bike Service

Your gravel bike deserves all-terrain attention.

From back lanes to bridleways, we know what it takes to keep things smooth.

If your shifting's out, brakes feel spongy, or it's just not riding right - we'll check it over and get it sorted. No pressure. No faff.

Extraordinary service, zero faff. As seen in...

For riders who go further.

Gravel bikes are built for everything - tarmac, trails, and everything in between. But the more you explore, the more important regular maintenance becomes.

Here's what we commonly help with:

  • Gear indexing and derailleur alignment for precise shifting
  • Brake tuning and pad replacements for confident stopping power
  • Tyre wear checks and pressure optimisation for mixed terrain
  • Drivetrain cleaning and lubrication after dusty or muddy rides
  • Bottom bracket and headset inspections for long-ride comfort
  • Replacing worn components before they slow you down

Whether you're bikepacking, commuting, or just chasing gravel miles, we'll keep your ride smooth, safe and efficient.

Unsure what's off? We'll take a look.

A Free Bike Assessment is the best way to check your gravel bike's condition. You'll get:

  • A full check with no obligation to go ahead with repairs
  • A digital quote with clear recommendations
  • Transparent advice - nothing you don't need

We'll help you stay ready for whatever the ride throws at you.

We'll collect, fix, and return your bike to your doorstep.

One of our team will come & pick up your bike from your doorstep. We'll fix it, and return it to you within 72 hours. *Available in London & Sheffield only.

What our customers say

"Very competent team that got to work on my gravel race bike straight away and weren't phased by my list of complex components and tuning requirements. Completed a pro level team service in a day and got my bike race ready again. Highly recommend Fettle Bike Repair. "

- Julian Hardy

"Excellent service and friendly staff. Had a full service on my Mason Gravel Bike. They cleaned it all up, replaced parts, got the brakes sounding better...did excellent work. I've been back a couple more times for some tiny adjustments and always excellent service. They are also organising once a month group bike rides :)"

Frequently asked questions

My bike's taken a beating off-road, can you help?

Definitely. Gravel bikes often face mud, grit, and weather. We'll check your drivetrain, brakes, wheels and bearings for wear and get everything back in top shape.

Do you carry gravel-specific parts?

We stock a wide range of standard parts compatible with gravel bikes. If something specific is needed like wide-range cassettes or tyres we'll order it in and confirm before fitting.

Can you work on tubeless tyre setups?

Absolutely. We reseal, top up tubeless sealant, and check rim tape and valve condition to keep you rolling smoothly.

How often should I service my gravel bike?

Every 6 months is ideal, depending on how much you ride and the kind of terrain you cover. Wet and off-road riding tends to wear components faster.

How does the service guarantee work?

All labour is covered by a 30-day guarantee. If something doesn't feel right after your service, pop back in and we'll take another look. For full details, you can view our Terms & Conditions.
