We service both two-wheel and three-wheel cargo bikes - including longtails, bakfiets, and electric-assist models. If you're unsure, drop us a message or photo and we'll confirm.

We service most cargo e-bikes, including, as long as they meet UK legal limits. If your cargo e-bike has been modified to exceed 15.5mph, we won’t be able to work on it.

Definitely. Cargo bikes carry weight and face extra wear. We'll inspect your frame, drivetrain, brakes, wheels, and accessories to make sure everything's safe and solid.

Yes - we can fit or adjust a wide range of accessories, including child seats, cargo boxes, and pannier racks. Just let us know what you need and we'll take care of it.

Every 4–6 months is ideal, especially if you carry heavy loads or ride year-round. Regular checks keep things safe, smooth, and efficient.

We'll let you know before doing anything. If it's not in stock, we'll order it and keep you updated. No surprises, just transparent service.

Yes - all our labour is covered by a 30-day guarantee. If something doesn’t feel right after your service, just pop back in and we’ll take another look.

We do - but it's currently only available in London. Just let us know your bike details when booking and we'll come to you.

Cargo bikes require specialist vehicles for collection either a large van or a dedicated trailer, due to their size and shape. Unlike standard bikes, which we can collect in batches along a route, cargo bikes usually need to be collected on a dedicated trip, going directly to and from our workshop.

In some cases, we may also need to transfer your bike to a different workshop (which might not be your nearest one) due to space or equipment limitations. This sometimes results in longer travel distances and additional logistical handling, which adds to the overall cost of providing the service.
