Both hubs are taken apart and bearings inspected for wear, replacements installed if necessary.
Headset is taken apart and inspected for wear, replacement quoted if necessary.
The bike is stripped and cleaned thoroughly.
During the rebuild, we will make sure to use the correct paste compounds and lubricants, re-torquing components to the manufacturer specific requirements to get those marginal gains.

Our calendar is booked in 15 minute slots with each slot costing £20. We work out our pricing based on how many 15 minute slots it will take. We always provide a quote and don't start work until you've approved it. No nasty bill shock.
*a cleaning products charge of £1 will be added for the use of products such as sealant or lube.

It's pretty simple really. Select the service or repair you need, then choose a time convenient to you. We'll then pick it up from the address you gave us - be it home or office or anywhere in-between. Currently available in London. One of our expert mechanics will then assess it, and share an e-quote for approval before work, so there's no nasty bill shock. We'll then aim to deliver your bike back to you within 72hrs. Job done. Faff-free.
For a limited time, all bike pick-ups are just £15, no matter where you are in London. Simple, convenient, and more affordable than ever. A surcharge of £35 applies to all bookings requiring cargo bike collections & delivery. This fee covers both collection & return unless otherwise stated.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your collection or delivery, please do so within 24 hours prior to your service. You can do this via the app or our website. If you're having trouble doing it, please give us a call on 0204 538 0120 or drop us an email here.
Cargo bikes require specialist vehicles for collection either a large van or a dedicated trailer, due to their size and shape. Unlike standard bikes, which we can collect in batches along a route, cargo bikes usually need to be collected on a dedicated trip, going directly to and from our workshop. In some cases, we may also need to transfer your bike to a different workshop (which might not be your nearest one) due to space or equipment limitations. This sometimes results in longer travel distances and additional logistical handling, which adds to the overall cost of providing the service.
There are a variety of cargo bikes. We define a cargo bike as one of the following types:
