Warranty and Repairs for VanMoof Customers

You may or may not be aware that there has been news about recent financial difficulties faced by VanMoof and its subsequent placement into administration.
These circumstances impact our ability to some services and warranty work on VanMoof bikes. Unfortunately, this situation is out of our control.
We understand that this is potentially a frustrating time if your VanMoof requires repair, so we are here to help as much as we possibly can.
We are able to perform basic repairs such as safety checks and Bike MOT’s. As well as this we can take on work that requires the replacement of non VanMoof specific parts such as Tyres, Inner Tubes and Brake Pads. We will also be able to perform Brake Bleeds. However, even if the bike is in (electronic) working condition before we work on it, we cannot guarantee that the bike will be fully functional after.
If we experience an electronic error during the service, we no longer have the facilities to fix this. We are also unable to offer warranty work free of charge until the situation becomes clearer. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we await further news and updates from VanMoof regarding this current situation. If this changes your position on having your bike serviced, please let us know and we will cancel your booking.

Tuesday 20th January 2026
Cycling used to come with assumptions. You had to be fit enough. Fast enough. Confident enough. Live close enough. For a long time, that quietly excluded a lot of people. E-bikes have changed that. Not by replacing traditional cycling, but by widening the door. They’ve made cycling more practical, more forgiving, and more realistic for everyday life — and that’s why they’re becoming such a permanent part of urban transport.
